How To Use The City High/Middle Google Calendar

The events in our Google calendar will be updated with details and maintained by PTSA volunteers, school departments or group volunteers, or students involved in the specific events listed.  It is the responsibility of each event coordinator to ensure that all listings are ACCURATE and timely, with complete details when available, including time, place and contact information of event host.

Space in the City calendar is reserved for events that are sponsored by the PTSA, City High MIddle, GRPS, or are closely related to the City community via community partnership or sponsorship. The calendar is *not* for general community event usage. However, if a City student is IN a community event, such as a play, and wants to post it, he or she may provided the detail lists which City students are involved.

To obtain access to administration of events in the Google calendar, please send requests to Communications Chair Kate McCrindle . You will be sent  a username and password for access. In your request, please state your name, position, and telephone contact for clearance.

Users, please note that you may import the events into your own Google calendar, and create Agenda views to print a list.
